9770. Application to Commission for Review
This rule is no longer applicable. NASD Rule 9770 has been superseded by FINRA Rule 9770. Please consult the appropriate FINRA Rule.
Any decision issued under Rule 9750 or Rule 9760, as applicable, shall constitute final NASD action. A person aggrieved by any final NASD action issued pursuant to Rule 9750 or Rule 9760 may make application for review to the Commission in accordance with the Act.
