8110. Availability of Manual to Customers
This rule is no longer applicable. NASD Rule 8110 has been superseded by FINRA Rule 8110. Please consult the appropriate FINRA Rule.
Members shall keep and maintain a current copy of the NASD Manual in a readily accessible place and shall make it available for examination by customers upon request.
