4622E. Termination of NASD/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility Service

This rule is no longer applicable. NASD Rule 4622E has been superseded by FINRA Rule 6370B. Please consult the appropriate FINRA Rule.

NASD may, upon notice, terminate NASD/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility service in the event that a Trade Reporting Facility Participant fails to qualify under specified standards of eligibility or fails to pay promptly for services rendered.
