4110E. Use of NASD/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility on a Test Basis
This rule is no longer applicable. NASD Rule 4110E has been superseded by FINRA Rule 6330B. Please consult the appropriate FINRA Rule.
NASD may at any time authorize the use of the NASD/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility on a test basis for whatever studies it considers necessary and appropriate.
